CNSNews.com) - Lawyers from a homosexual advocacy group took depositions from a Massachusetts parent this week, almost three years after he first exposed "Fistgate," a state-sponsored workshop in which educators instructed teens in graphic homosexual sex.
The deposition of Brian Camenker, taken Tuesday by lawyers for the Boston-based Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders, is an effort to put parents under financial strain and to discourage others around the country from bringing similar workshops to light, Camenker charged.
"If they are able to be able to beat us in Massachusetts, they can continue to hound any parent who gets in their way," said Camenker, president of the Parents Rights Coalition.
Two Massachusetts Department of Education staffers lost their jobs because of their involvement in the state-funded workshop held at Tufts University in March 2000, called "What They Don't Tell You About Queer Sex and Sexuality in Health Class." The Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network co-sponsored the workshop.
Homosexual advocacy groups have been pursuing lawsuits against Camenker and Scott Whiteman, another parent, for secretly recording, exposing and publicizing the event, in which instructors encouraged children as young as 14 years of age to engage in life-threatening sex acts. One instructor told the students: "Fisting often gets a bad rap."
"Fistgate" soon attracted national prominence. Among others, Sean Hannity discusses the event in his book, Let Freedom Ring, and William Bennett talks about the event in his book, The Broken Hearth . This past week, Alan Keyes made a trip to Boston to speak on behalf of Camenker and Whiteman, as well as rally support for their cause.
Legal defense costs since homosexual advocacy groups first deposed Camenker and Whiteman in the summer of 2000 have reached well over $100,000, Camenker said.
"It has a certain national significance as to what the gays can do to parents who expose the stuff," he added.
The Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders did not return calls for comment.

The Lawsuit against the Parents!
This is a vicious reprisal by the Boston area (and national) gay activists in the schools against parents. They have been very clear that they intend to "punish" us -- and anyone else -- who gets in their way.
Read The Weekly Standard Article from last summer. This is probably the best synopsis of the situation. It's written by a New York Post writer. Famed civil libertarians Alan Dershowitz and Harvey Silverglate are quoted. It tells is like it is in the chilling Boston political and legal atmosphere of today.
The Tufts "Fistgate" Conference. Here are links to the whole story of what happened - and why the homosexual activists want to silence us so badly. YOU CAN GET A COPY OF THE TAPE FOR YOURSELF.
MORE TO COME - In the coming weeks we will be posting more detailed descriptions plus legal documents, including the infamous restraining order against even the entire Boston Media and the State Legislature from discussing the tapes!!
CAN YOU HELP? DONATE? Brian Camenker and Scott Whiteman are right now facing up to $100,000 in legal bills, and this case hasn't even gone to trial! They are using all kind of preliminary tactics to make us incur high legal bills. Any donation will be gladly accepted at:

Attention Keyes bashers.
You will know them by what they do
Would a meteor strike work for that? I've noticed He usually employs natural forces. (And why not).

Yes. And you can read the reply here.
The antipathy directed toward him at the meeting is hard to imagine. His efforts foreshadowed the infamous battle against an "AIDS awareness program" featuring former stand-up comedienne, Suzi Landolphi of "Hot, Sexy, and Safer Productions" in Chelmsford, MA in 1993. I'm not making this up. You can read the CNN whitewash here.
I've read the transcript of the presentation which can only be described as pornographic. She began the presentation asking the students if they were interested in "a group sexual experience." It was downhill from there, and included her discussing the size of various boys' penis', a recommendation to girls to masturbate over a mirror on the floor, and pulling a condom over a student's head.
Fisting is when you take your entire hand and put it into another person's rectum. The chances of injury are high. Here is a quote from a pro-fisting site:
The primary dangers of fisting are damage in and around the anal/vaginal opening. Minor damage can come in the form anal/ vaginal fissures which are tiny tears in the skin surrounding the anal/ vaginal opening, tenderness associated with the stretching of the openings and/or a lack of lubrication and bleeding caused when fissures occur. Severe damage is the actual tearing and ripping of the anal/vaginal muscles sometimes leading to incontinence (a loss of bowel retention/ control), usually caused by an over eager- ness to achieve full insertion of the fist without allowing the muscle tissue to relax and adjust. The severest form of damage are the inversion of the bowel, in which the bowel tears loose from the abdominal cavity and protrudes outside the anal opening and peritonitis, an infection caused by fecal material entering the sterile abdominal cavity through tears in the bowel walls. The death rate is well over 60% when this condition occurs as there are no nerve endings to tell you something is wrong.
I can't imagine a medical doctor in their right mind that would recommend this activity. How can we be teaching this activity to kids?
From Chapter 272 - CRIMES AGAINST CHASTITY, MORALITY, DECENCY AND GOOD ORDER - of the "GENERAL LAWS OF MASSACHUSETTS", let's look at some of the other interesting sections of that chapter that pertain to the Fistgate workshop:

It shall be a defense under this section if the evidence proves that the defendant was a bona fide school, museum or library, or was acting in the course of his employment as an employee of such organization or of a retail outlet affiliated with and serving the educational purpose of such organization.

Since the majority of the workshop participants were students under the age of 18 and considered to be minors under Mass law, it is the instructors of the Fistgate workshop who should be brought up on criminal charges for violating Sections 28 and 29 of Chapter 272 of the "General Laws of Massachusetts".
