"NEWSMAX: Sen. Clinton, you are once again tops in a presidential poll. The NBC/Wall Street Journal poll has you at 39 percent among Democrats, dwarfing every other Democratic candidate in the race. You've said you won't run in 2004. You say you have no plans for 2008. Would you accept a draft in 2004?
