Could anyone clarify this? I'm already pi$$ed enough that I must sit through 'for espanol, press el numero dos' or whatever on EVERY phone transaction I make, but today, when i called the bank number to check my account, they additionally said: "Enter the last four digits of your social security number or your 3 DIGIT ID NUMBER." What is that? The matricula
cr@p? The bank 'couldn't clarify' what that meant when i called back. Help here? Thanks.
I won't give my four digit SS# here at the bank on the phone so I have another four digit number they gave me to access.
