Germany and France, the Axis OF Weasles, have developed a plan. Send in 1000 UN troops to follow the inspectors.

This will be a new resolution that WILL PASS I BET.

This means no war until the end of the year if not 2004.

  This would give Iraq 3 months at least. This makes us lose this window of opportunity to attack. Gets Iraq over the hump. Enough to get us into the 7 months of hot weather we cannot fight in. Because of unwieldy bio/chem. suits. Also gives more time to Iraq and AlQaeda to make really nasty plans. 

The EUros would love to see us take many casualties in an Iraq attack.
