I have done a quick search on her 2nd Amendment stand and haven't been able to come up with her rulings on this subject. As most are aware, we have (unfortunately) many unconstitutional gun laws here, and the RAT appointed state supreme court has failed miserably to recognize the supremacy of federal BOR protections. Anyone else have better luck?

No more "living document" stuff - it's like building your house on sand. Her recommendations sound superlative.
I can't hope but wish Bork himself could be renominated someday, but the Pubbies would need a 60+ majority to swing that. Of course that might literally spark the second Civil War.
