BRUSSELS, Belgium, Feb 10, 2003 (AP WorldStream via COMTEX) -- France blocked the start of NATO military planning Monday to protect Turkey against the threat of Iraqi missile attack, further accentuating the deep divisions in the alliance over the Iraq crisis.
NATO officials said France formally blocked the move an hour before NATO procedures would have started the military planning automatically at 10:00 a.m. (0900 GMT).

Not only does France not want to defend itself, it wants its "allies" to be defenseless also. How can someone be so stupid to equate defenseless with peace when dealing with someone like Iraq?!

Eject France and Germany from NATO, be done with their nazi and frog arses... They obviously don't take diplomacy seriously since they won't enforce their agreements in the UN or Live up to their obligations in NATO.... get rid of them and be done with them... they are 3rd world nations playing on the world stage... just to prove they aren't irrellevant they thrown a monkey wrench in every now and again... fact is they are completely irrellevant... be done with them.
