I would suggest that the United States institute immediate measures to surveil every nation that has any dealings with China. I wouldn't be surprised at all to find that Syria, Lybia, the Sudan, Malaysia or even Panama have some sort of programs going that we're not going to approve of. China is hell bent on helping nations become it's little front men around the planet.

China has a big hand in all this terrorism and nuclear proliferation. The US should definitely look real hard at what the chicomms are doing.
