Please help start a drive to boycott German& french products

Posted on 02/10/2003 3:39:43 PM PST by americanbychoice

We need to act now to show those socialists that we are behind our country. Boycott their products, that's where it will hurt the most. Let's buy products from countries that support us.

I'm cheap and about 95% of stuff I buy is from China. Wish I could boycott China too, but then the family would have to go nude I guess.

Judging by recent election results, the people of Germany don't like their government much more than pro-American conservatives do. I'm not sure a botcott against them is necessary.

In the case of France, I can think of some that AREN'T used daily - soap, deodorant, toothpaste.

Quit eating French Toast, no more Crepes Suzzette, and sell the Fiat.

Throw out your French cufflinks, tell the wife to stop getting a french manicure, immediately stop all Fench kissing, burn all your Edith Piaf records, and all your old Brigitte Bardot posters...

Well, maybe not the Bardot posters.

I have been a rabib francophobe almost from birth (therein lays a story). But - there is a point beyond which no reasonable person should go. No one, and I mean no one, is going to take away my extra large order of fries covered with lots and lots of that bright yellow mustard.
