What they should do is put an Aegis destroyer in position, shoot the missile down, and this alone would scare the sh#% out of the North Koreans. Next comes the navel blockage. When the war begins in earnest, we fire bomb the 11000 artillary positions.
News reports today that we're working on a bomb > 15000 pounds! Its a Daddy of Daisy Cutter!!

I would agree those 11 thou missiles have got to go first thing. 3:30a.m. would be a nice time. EMP or netron bombs would be my choice. Those 15000 pound daisy cutters might work well on certain government buildings though. ;)
