The Filipinos have been fighting this war against terrorism for so long, if they had half the assets we do they would have eliminated the problem a long time ago. We should support them as much as we can because they truly are our best friend in that part of the world. And their intelligence capabilities are first rate, they are responsible for much of what we know about Al-Queda.
