France and Germany have lived far too long under the protective wings of the United States, which has allowed them to sink into welfare states. Throw them to the wolves. Whatever happened to Bush saying he wanted to get out of Kosovo? I remember him saying during the campaign that the United States should play a more humble role on the world scene? Though I would have voted for him anyway over Gore- that was one of the reasons I liked him so much.
