God bless your friend! I can only imagine how difficult it would be to carry a baby after a rape. However, the pain and guilt of an abortion would be just as bad, but no one ever tells these women that.

If a child is conceived during a rape, it isn't the child's fault. If the mother has difficulty accepting the child as her own, adoption is always an option. There are many wonderful people who are waiting to adopt. Both choices -- keeping the baby or putting her up for adoption -- are loving choices. Murder is not a loving choice.

I agree. The mother is, now, having problems regarding the rape itself. The man put something in her drink and she doesn't remember much about it. She had enough problems emotionally before this and this certainly hasn't helped, but she's a good mom and the little girl is wonderful. I'm so glad she didn't abort her.
