C'mon...tape is real? Give me a break. Have we all gone brain dead or something?

Two things are going on: 1) the US gov't has decided it is in its interest to pretend Bin Laden is alive, and 2) he clearly is not alive, since no other strategic move available to the Islamofascists would give more of a boost to their cause than to prove it. Since they are creating these con job tapes instead, Bin Laden is clearly dead.

I agree. I'm just not sure who the existence of the tape benefits more. Us or them? I wonder which side made the tape? Certainly Saddam is wishing the tape hadn't showed up.
