A PFAW letter in the Dem. brief contains talking points repeated by Dem. Senator after Dem. Senator during the hearings. The Dems. didn't look at the facts, or listen to Miguel - though they controlled the Senate and his hearing - questioning him for a whole day. He slithers out of his hole everytime a decent nominee comes up. It just shows the dims care more for a voting bloc then principle. This should be pointed out in the press,(ha)but we all know better don't we?
