What a thrilling ride on yesterday/last night's thread. I got kicked off FR, and couldn't get back on, round about thread 1200...

The actual Senate goings-on was actually boring when not accompanied by FR commentary, so I switched to Hardball College Tour and watched Benard Goldberg at University of Miami.

It was pretty good...at the end, Goldberg was talking about how, once in your life, you have to take a stand for what you believe in. Chrissy pointed out that Donna Shalala (President of Miami, who was in attendance) exhibited courage when she was one of the few in the Cabinet who protested Clinton's lies.

Benard said something to the effect of "Yeah, but she was only willing to take that stand of moral courage so far." Right in her face, it was a LYOA Moment.

called Sen Nelson. Nelson's staffer sounded a little tired of this. I said, 600 days, how could he not know? She said, she's just in the Orlando office...blah blah blah. They are feeling heat! Keep up the pressure!
