I listened to the speech earlier today and it was great! Sadly, after the speech they had to put Beerstein on for her stupid comments and boy, were they stupid! There were numerous times during the President's speech when the crowd cheered. Stupid Beerstein said in effect, that they were cheering because we were going to war, but they wouldn't be cheering when the body bags came home. GODINHEAVEHHOWIHATERATS! The people weren't cheering because we are going to war, they were cheering because we are going to fight terrorism, and because we have a leader in whom we have confidence. The people know only too well that when the body bags come in that we will all grieve.

BUT - when the body bags start coming in the liberal RATS will cheer! COUNT ON IT! I HATE 'EM, GOD HOW I HATE 'EM!

I know! Almost everyone would have missed it since C-span rarely shows President Bush. I checked just for the heck of it and was shocked to see it on the schedule! Glad I could help you to see it! God bless!

OH, Miss Marple, don't you just love it when he says, "AND WE WILL PREVAIL!"...I love the fierce determination in his eyes. Great speech and yes, they did love him! I saw it but am going to tape it tonight so I can get "Hail To The Chief" in there plus the introduction of him.

That was really a horrible thing for her to say! Glad I didn't hear that! They were cheering for their Commander-In-Chief and because they know they fight for liberty and freedom! Maybe she was just upset because she knows the military had no respect for her hero, billy the pervert.

I'll take the compliment but it was purely by chance. I checked but never expected that they would rerun it. They hardly ever cover him and it always makes me angry. Don't know why they decided to cover this speech but I'm glad.
