I'll provide a list of streaming resources as we get closer to time. Here is the UN's live stream -

The whole world is watching. Not me.
PREDICTION: Inspectors will say "Some bumps along the way but all in all Iraq is complying and we need more time to inspect"
The UN is run by Muslims and 3rd worlders and will never, ever, never approve or enable a war (our war) on a Muslim nation. Just won't happen. Blix will throw us bones, there will be plenty of talking, dinners at fine NYC restaurants for diplomacy, but the UN will never help us justify our war on Iraq.

I'll be cubicle-bound again today, with little or no access to the internet....and, of course, radio won't cover this....so, lots of us will depend on you all to cover this in detail....and post any "great quotes." (And what I'll probably look forward to as much are the humorous posts that are bound to be here..... : )

This is a picture of an actual display outside of the UN building in New York paid for with UN (read: US taxpayer) funds.
It is the only type of "arms control" the UN cares about. Stopping handgun ownership by private citizens.
Someone FedEx Saddam a .22 Ruger target pistol and the UN might go ape.

The broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox) will go live at 10A ET. And, on C-SPAN, if you want to watch and listen uninterrupted.

just a hunch...
UN inspectors to Annan: Well, they were rude and cheeky and unwashed, but we didn't find any WMD, just as you ordered, sir.
Annan (to inspectors): Thank you. Well done. We will not be forced ot station you in the congo. Yo may go now.
Annan to news media: Nothing to see here, comrades. Move along...

Michael, I'm not sanguine. Four six year old children completed the "Where's Waldo" puzzle ahead of Blix.

It is time for Bush, that is President Bush of course, to tell the UN to take a flying leap. The UN is a communist entity and it is time to get rid of it.

One question, Mr. Blix.
How many hours will you need to get all of your staff and equipment out of Iraq to a safe area.
No further questions.

Jeepers, I got here early for a change, and STILL have 100+ replies to go through...
OK...predictions on what Blixie's gonna say.
He'll mention something found by American/British special forces. He'll complain Saddam is not cooperating. He'll also praise Saddam for cooperating, saying the Iraqi ban on WMD is a hopeful sign (**snicker**) Then he'll ask for more time. He'll cycle back and forth between these contradictions for an hour, then grin like an idiot for the camera and questions from reporters.
The New Democrats, led by Hilary/Daschle will, along with the Axis of Weasles, say that the Bush administration has not made their case for rushing to war against Iraq. The media will report these erroneous conclusions ad nauseum....by the time the idiots realize what's really going on, it'll hopefully be over and they'll all be left saying "WHAHOPPENED??"
