Bump for Estrada! I talked to an aide of Bob Graham's this morning. They are gueneninely scared about this nominee. Which means, we need to make our Senators more scared of the voters than of this nominee!

Estrad BUMP! Have you called your senators today?

On another post, a fine freeper, 2 Kool 2 Be 4-Gotten, posted this:

I put the Estrada issue together as follows. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals is the first stop on the way to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court (to the communists) is what deprived them of the presidency and also what has allowed them to kill babies. As such the Supreme Court is to the communists what the Ring is in Lord of the Rings. And so anything that has to do with the Supreme Court becomes the Mother of All Battles. I really don't think it's any more complicated than this.

I think that the significance of the hispanic angle is that since Supreme Court slots have traditionally been quota based (The Black Seat, the Jewish Seat, the Woman's seat etc. etc.) Mr. Estrada has "First Hispanic Supreme" written all over him. But to repeat, it's not the ethnicity that's at the core of this fight, it's the fact that he might end up on the Supreme Court and not vote for communism.

For the communists they end up looking incredibly naked in their politics, their attacks and their racism, but they can't help it as they are so driven to not lose any more power than they have already lost. I'm sure they know how ridiculous they look, but the end always justifies the means, for them. And I don't doubt that the evil one is calling all the shots.

VERY Good analysis!
