Thanks for the tips! I don't have own mail server (yet), but that would be preferable. Oh, and a question about the following:

Use the spam addy at the top of your e-mail, usenet posts, etc., and use the normal addy as your "Reply-To" addy. If people hit the "Reply" button in their e-mail client, they'll go to the normal addy, make sure your friends and family know the difference.

Are you saying the "collectors" (people or bots who search for and stockpile addies to spam) will not grab the "reply-to" addy?

Also, I agree with you that spam will stop only when it gets too expensive to do.

Personally, I haven't had a problem with it.
