The "assault weapons" and "high capacity" (over ten rounds) magazine ban sunsets in 2004. The anti-liberty crowd is already gearing up to force a reauthorization in Congress.

Not in Louisiana. However, the AR ban is up again in 2004. The big thing is that we have a governor's race in November.
