I could almost smell those catfish. Then Jack came home from the grocery store with.........Ta da....catfish. But it was too late to cook it for tonight. He also brought some ribs home. We're going to fix them like hot wings. Cut them apart and back them then put Frank's hot sauce on them. BTW thanks for the invite. Sure wish I could take you up on it. Sometimes I really miss the South.
