Roger, concur. It will be more of the same thing that we have been hearing for months now. Frankly, for me, it is getting a bit tiresome.

I figured that the speech tonight will be full of rhetoric and such, but I still think it will be an important speech. Like Wait4Truth said, this might be one of the last speeches he gives on the issue before he gives the BIG one from behind the Oval Office desk.
