[history]
A congressional committee wants to know whether city policy kept the suspects in a brutal Queens rape - illegal aliens with prior criminal records - from being deported before they committed the heinous attack.
Rep. John Hostettler (R-Ind.), chairman of a House Judiciary subcommittee on immigration, is holding a hearing today in Washington to look at the criminal histories of the suspects in the Dec. 19 attack "from a national security perspective," his spokesman told The Post.

. . .Victor Balbino-Cruz, entered illegally, but had no criminal history. Sure he had a criminal history. He smuggled himself into the country illegally.

The NYPD aided and abetted their crimes by NOT reporting them to the INS. End of story.

I'm not one for lawsuits but in ths case I think a suit against NYC would do some good. Maybe then the cops would start reporting the illegal aliens. I would have thought they were repoted as a matter of course. I think we all should start reporting illegals.

Notice the Post tiptoed around the truth and would not state that they were MEXICAN illegal immigrants (but they did not hesitate to identify the victim as a "Cuban" immigrant). 80% of illegals pouring over the Southern border are Mexican(that means they make up 8k a day), and this invasion continues to destroy our country and steal from the taxpayers. Because Bush is in Mexico's pocket hook, line and sinker, and it is well known, the Post took pains not to make any correlation between violent crimes committed by Mexican illegals, and Bush's pandering to Fox and Mexico. I'm still waiting to read an article about Bush wanting to give Mexican illegals Social Security benefits -- you will never see it in the NY Pravda, and you will never see it in the NY Post.
I read the Post every day (only alternative to the NY Slimes, and Daily News, -- the WSJ is rabidly pro-illegal immigration although I read that, too). Although the Post faithfully prints Michelle Malkin's columns, they NEVER criticize Bush for pandering to illegals (and never criticize him for anything else, either.) The POST is made up of are blind, bigtime Bushbots.

They don't identify the victim as "Cuban" in this specific article, but Andrea Peyser did in her column which appeared directly beneath this article in the paper. The Post also identified her as Cuban in all earlier articles.

Like you, I am generally not in favor of suing everyone at the drop of hat. That said, there are cases (like this one) where a massive lawsuit against the city is what needs to be done in order to change crackpot PC policies set in place by the leftists who seem to be running everything. Make them pay for their multicultural ideals. We need more conservative lawyers out there who will be willing to go for the jugular against these idiots.
