An article in another thread describes Iraqi soldiers surrendering. Just one point of information- who are they surrendering to and where is this taking place?

Um... according to your lunar calendar the bombing should start on February 30th or 31st?

In some parts of the world, that can be used a calendar for March 2003, especially considering that the new moon in February was on the 1st while in March it is on the 3rd.
