March 1, 2003 -- There were a few eyebrow-raising entries alongside the likes of Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and Michael Bloomberg in Forbes' magazine's annual list of the world's richest people.

In the category "Kings, Queens and Despots" appears the name of Saddam Hussein, with a personal fortune of at least $2 billion.

I hope we know where that 2 billion is. I'd be willing to bet that Arafat is a whole lot richer then 300 million.
