Hey Poohbah, someone sympathetic to the Serbs would not call up and BLAME the Serbs! As for the Bosnian Muslim side--Since the plotters of the first WTC were linked to Bosnia...remember the Yusef plot code named Bojinka (BOOM in Bosnian slang? What is a Pakistani/Arab (I forget which he was) doing naming bomb plots in Bosniak?

Well, you've demonstrated that you REALLY don't understand the conversation.

This was in reference to the FIRST WTC bombing, in 1993--not 9/11. And the NYPD just took the phone call. "Al-Qaeda" wasn't on anyone's radar in February, 1993.

BTW, Destro: yes, someone sympathetic to the Serbs could very easily call in to take credit on behalf of the Serbs. There is a reason why various actors engage in terrorism: it frequently works. In the early days after the WTC bombing, before they ran down the VIN, there was rampant speculation as to whodunit--ranging from Puerto Rican terrorists, to Serb/Croat/Bosniak nutballs, leftovers from the Baader-Meinhof gang.

The NYPD merely took a phone call within minutes of the detonation, and a person or group of persons within the NYPD discussed the content of that call with Mr. Harvey. This was BEFORE they found the VIN plate and began running that down.

I watched them last night just to see their reaction to the arrest of Sheik Mohammed. They were so totally biased and unobjective it was obvious their only hope is to continue to dupe really stupid people through a transparent campaign of FEAR, UNCERTAINTY and DOUBT. Of which unfortunately there appears to be an abundance of in our society.

..but unlike the past, family and friends who are being greatly influenced by the recent onslaught of available truth are challenging the duped. In so doing, the duped may choose to affiliate with a group other than CNN talking heads, like their family.
