Here's a big surprise: the ONLY transcript not up for the Donahue show is the one where Dennis Miller cleaned his clock.

Technically, MSNBC is only supposed to make their transcripts available for a week after broadcast; we had the same deal with FDCH when I was at ABCNEWS until ABC became so cheap they stopped offering transcripts even for a day. But it seems that whoever is responsible for formatting and posting MSNBC transcripts is so lazy that it only gets done every once in a while, and always with certain buttons and links missing.

Anyway, I've found that if you email or call them about a missing transcript (call Redmond, not Secaucus), they'll either email or call you back with the URL.

Nothing new there. They don't care about right or wrong. There is no morality behind their actions. They only care about winning. Go to Mr. Crimmins' website & send him an email. Barbara Bush would kick the what passes for manhood right off of this mushy gasbag wimp. He wants the world to change back to the days when he had no responsiblity, and he could bang doped-up airheads like his current wife, just because he had sufficiently kissed up with enough quasi-celebrities to become one himself. Eventually, they realized how creepy and hostilly defensive he was, and they stopped returning his calls. Now, he hasn't had a decent paying gig in years, and has to satisfy himself with the childish fantasy that he is answering some elusive vocation. But he never was, and never will be man enough to fight for it. To bad. A lot of people would enjoy seeing the results.

It is OK to suck up to the suits(or when the slacks are dropped, continue sucking) as long as the suits are occupied by Democrats. I don't know where to find a transcript, but he had Donahue stammering, even interrupting answers to questions. He anticipated the liberal response, and countered them without needing to hear them. A superb performance.

Since the show was cancelled, I don't think MSNBC is going to bother issuing one. Maybe we should start a campaign to get any FReeper who recorded to program to transpose it manually. It would probably take a couple of hours, but that person would be a hero, right?

...along that same vein...why, if someone agrees with current administration policy and reflects that support in various signs of patriotism are viewed as people who can't think for themselves...and those that disagree with the administration are considered people who have done their research and "think on their own"? Incidently, my screen name is a personal reminder of a time when I was as liberal as the noxious Mr. Crimmins. It is the refrain from the Grateful Dead song "US Blues," and I hve used it as a screen name constantly elsewhere. I still love the music of the Grateful Dead, but I have matured to the point where I see them as a bunch of talented, confused hippies. Even if the ones that are alive are all 30 years older than myself.

Miller is so egotistical that he thinks that by referring to Bush again and again as "my president," he somehow legitimizes W.’s odious path to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. He believes his verbal consecration will make us forget that the little bastard stole the White House.
