Same here in Wisconsin, but you sure can frustrate their people, like I did, pointing out that no other judicial nominee has ever been denied an up or down vote because DOJ or other government memos were sought - none, ever! And also point out that if they need more information, why not take up the offer to sit down and talk to him or submit more questions? The call handler I spoke to was left with nothing to fall back on.

The left I am fighting with right now say they can't find where in the constitution says they don't have to have 60 votes or it says anything about 51 and are calling Rush and the right stupid for saying its a constitution issue. Rush talking Estrada now. Refers to the Fox story saying there was a cloture vote scheduled for Tuesday. Now he's reviewing his point from last week. Says we've heard Republicans are standing firm, plus the President had made his very strong statement. Then Rush got the two phone calls from Hatch and Santorum.

Over the weekend the strategery (Rush says) became clear. Commercial. He'll explain what the plan is when he comes back.

Cloture vote would be tearing up and shredding Constitution.

Fox story made it look like GOP would cave, Santorum Hatch called and said not going to cave.

And everyone knows in order to be an Affirmative Action candidate your qualifications, experience, and background are irrelevent. All that matters is your skin color.
