Rob..don't they have "morning hour" first..allow a few hours for short speeches about anything..then they take up the agenda?

BTW...you were just awesome on the threads last week....mega kudos....regards..

Starting at Noon!

So that means I have 10 minutes to clean the house, do the laundry, take a shower, food shopping, and plan something for dinner huh??

You know, it will take a miracle to pull that off .. LOL

This time I am not going to bed early!

Why not? Around midnight, the Republicans, just like in Groundhog Day, will cave again.

The Senate should not consider any other business until the FULL Senate votes on the confirmation. Furthermore, the Senate should not recess at all - let's have a real filibuster - not a convenient, fake one.

This bears repeating.

While waiting..something to ponder...in case you haven't noticed...2004 will be the 10th anniversary of the GOP takeover of Congress ( except for the brief hiccup of Dem control in the Senate ). ..well, the 10th anniversary momento is traditionally tin, or aluminium..and since FR is home of the "tin foil" alerts....well...you get the idea....a badge of honor, perhaps.....

Multi task....and Cook shrimp for dinner..you can clean them in the shower, and it only takes a few minutes in a hot saute pan...

I should really get a portable tv so I can watch this in class. Math starts in 20 minutes, so I'm afraid I'm going to miss the liberals attempt to decline Estrada's nomination.

I did indeed.....maybe we should write the RNC suggesting that all GOP members of Congress start wearing a pin made of aluminum..saying "10"

Here's where all your work on freepathons comes in handy. You know the drill......bleach in the toilet, vacuum left out in plain sight, start the crockpot, etc.

Did you hears Reid's comments late last week, when he said that Estrada was too rich..made too much money?..I didn't see it reported much, but I can't understand where the Dems are going with that tack..other than straight to hell...
