The comment about Canada is unfair. I know quite a few Canucks who are more disgusted with their government as we could possibly be.
Russia has stated plainly that their concern lies in being paid the debts owed to them by Iraq. I got no problem with that.
China? I guess it's not in their back yard, and they have their own problems with Islamofascists.
Mexico ... there I have no idea. I did notice another post mentioning Chretien sucking up to them.
