I once saw a quote from Brad Pitt where he scolded the press for asking him political questions saying that he was only an actor and they shouldn't give any weight to his opinions on political matters.

(I'm sure that, in reality, his views are as goofy as the rest of the Hollywood crew, but I gave him some credit for recognizing that nobody with half a brain should be paying any attention to them in the first place.)
