Wow, I wonder how they managed to get permission to fly there. IIRC, North Island NAS is right across the bay from Lindbergh Field, and the airspace over the bay is major-league Class B and no doubt tightly controlled.

(of course, it helps that control to have a Naval Air station right there, as well as Marine Corps Air Station Miramar not too far away... "Caution! Intensive jet activity" indeed...)
