My understanding is, she said she never objected to him playing it, it came through the rumor mill and Rush stopped. Then she said oh no I never said anything against him using it and he resumed using it. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure that is close to what happened.

I remember hearing her talk to Rush about it on the air. You're right. (It was someone connected to her management or something that made the objection. She came on his show and said she didn't care, and that her parents were fans.)

That said, I'd like to see him can it now, in light of this. She was probably just trying to be shocking, but what a thing to say. Sheesh.
