I am willing to take a stand here and be unpopular:

I don't think chidren should be made to say ANY pledge. With or without God.

OK... I'll go a little more. This case does not establish that the pledge cannot be forced on anyone. What this case does is to BAN the speaking of the pledge of allegiance in school.

The Pledge may not be spoken under penalty of law. Think about that, and remember what country this is. It's appalling, really.
