The Washtimes article was MUCH longer. This is the best I could do after searching the web.

...Previous Highest Federal Fine =

...$10 Million for BOEING to pay for its Missile/Space Satellite Technology Transfers abroad in a City of Long Beach sponsored SEALAUNCH Satellite Launching Operation.

...The same City of LONG BEACH, headed by it's Friend of HILLARY Mayor BEVERLY O'NIELL(D), that tried to turn over our U.S. Long Beach Navy Base to Communist China for China Army Money...

...until we Citizen-Activists stopped them in Congress.

BOEING = $10 Mil + $32 Mil + 42 Mil

The Price for Treason is going up.

NEVER FORGET

We take in $32 million over seven years as our defense has been compromised,
yet are willing to hand over $30 billion to Turkey, because their defense may be compromised.

Works for me!
