I work 15 miles from Hartford and four years ago helped hire the first Middle Eastern national ever in the town I work in. I can tell you, even then, everybody noticed.

Well, tell me Ronald, how did you confirm that this new hire was not actually a terrorist? Did you conduct a NSA and CIA background investigation? Was he wearing a sign that stated, "I am not a terrorist" ?

OK Ronald, I am glad to know that any mid easterner that has possibly been in country many years will stick out like a sore thumb in a rural area, and everyone in the area would know that those people on that farm or rural residence are terrorist.

Rest assured, Joe, all the Mid-Easterners in Hartford, Wisconsin do stick out like sore thumbs!

Good question, Joe! Although he didn't wear a sign like the one you mention, he was a friend and classmate of mine for the previous seven years so I had been able to keep track of him!
