I feel this is a propoganda testimony. This Dr is paid and affiliated with the Iraqi Opposition. Anything he writes, I would discount as a lie.

What I want to see are the photos of the "starving Iraqi children" that the anti-Sanctions people alway cry about. Why are there thousands of words but no photos? Frankly, I don't buy it.
