True .. but if you don't do any business, there would also be no need for them
there were other things that she mentioned, her name is pretty well know, maybe some one else around here is more informed about this then I am, that can discuss this better
But it would make a lovely front and cover for ordering & stocking them... BTW, a lack of business traffic fairly screams "front for illegal activity"- a legit shop dies without customers, and this also implies support money ( for rent, debt service, payroll, utilities ) coming from an outside source.
