The First Amendment is not applicable on PRIVATE Property... only PUBLIC... Idiot...With all due respect, that's not true either. The destruction of property is only legal if YOU own it or have the owner's permission.

I wasn't referring to the destruction of property - I was referring to the cop's assertion that the first amendment came into play so he couldn't arrest them - THAT was the BS part :0)
