[history]
March 12, 2003 -- THE government of France is fighting an undeclared war with the United States. The result will be the needless deaths of American soldiers in the Gulf. And the more Americans Saddam manages to kill, the greater President Chirac's satisfaction will be.

The French are free riders since they don't have to behave as adults. No wonder they're behaving like children with a surly demeanor. They resent that the adults in America are in charge.

I never thought too much about the angle that the best hope for a peaceful solution to the Iraq situation was destroyed by Chirac until I read this. They need to be held accountable for this when all is said and done.

this is another article that has made me sick to my stomach. why is it necessary to even acknowledge the existance of such a country; furthermore, why do we continue to financially support so many countries around the world with repayments being optional instead of mandatory? COME ON U.S., let us take care of our own for a change! nevermind, that would be too selfish.

First, I want to say I have not bought one French product since 1985 when they refused fly over rights for us to bomb Libya. Second, I am not a conspiracy leaning person but I wonder if the French have a lot to hide which will embarass them when we finally open up the "books" in Bagdad. My wife suggested Chirac may have been getting a "stipend" over the years for helping Saddam. At first I thought she was wrong but now I'm not so sure.

We like to make fun of the French, but as Peters says in his article what they are doing will cost many American and Iraqi lives. They have shown themselves to be evil and they must be made to pay this blood debt.

Another fine essay from Colonel Peters, to which I would add only the following: If there's any country that will bear the blame for the marginalization of the United Nations and the destruction of NATO, it will be France -- the very nation that claims that America is flouting "world opinion" by electing to proceed on her own best judgment rather than deferring to its preferences.

Nice Post and Post article. I have a relative in the Maines and it is crap like this that makes me sure that I'll find ways not to buy French tomorrow or when this is over. Let them eat Cake.

When the French are soon fighting for their lives in a bloody revolution against their own huge radical Mulsim population, maybe we can send them our condolences?

No, when they're fighting their revolution we'll tell them to ask the help of Kofi Annan...Then we'll veto any resolution to help them! A few years under Sharia may be just what the doctor ordered. It will build character. LOL.

A significant percentage of Iraqi oil revenues is used to fund programs and persons at the U.N. France has control of these U.N. Iraqi related revenues. The revenues are in the billions.

Make Your Voice Heard
The world is swirling
Round and round
Countless voices
Tumultuous sound
Some call for peace
At any price
Appeasing evil
Cowardly vice
Lying about those
That are standing guard
Obstructing justice
They make it hard
Hypocrites all
Their cries are fake
Political motives
For their own sake
The time is now
For righteous men
To fumigate
This viper's den
Stand and fight
Let your voice be heard
Defend the ones
Who are being slurred
If not you
Then who indeed
Will fight this fight
Will take the lead?
Each generation
That came before
Paid this price
And sometimes more
So make your choice
And unify
With those who will
If needed die
Liberty's price
Is high, my friend
But pay it we must
Until the end
