Al-Khalis, Iraq, March 12 (Bloomberg) -- Saddam Hussein opened a training camp for Arab volunteers willing to carry out suicide bombings against invading U.S. forces, the Associated Press cited Arab media and Iraqi dissidents as saying.
Scores of people have already gone to the center near the Iraqi town of al-Khalis, 40 miles (64 kilometers) northeast of Baghdad, the unidentified dissidents told AP in a telephone call from Jordan.

Haven't we already declared war on terrorism and those who support and train terrorists? If that is the case we are already in a declared war with Iraq. So are all of the countries that stepped up after 9/11. Saddam himself opened the door by opening the camp.It's time for them to put up or shut up regarding the war on terrorism.
