You have to wonder what the French are thinking, if they are? I mean, even Germany, China and Russia have had the good sense to play wait and see with the Brit conditions.
What do I think happened? Simple, the undecided countries really went for Blair's proposal, this paniced Paris, after the bruising last week they took in the SC, they could not afford another humiliation. So, they are trying to scare off this new proposal by announcing they will veto ANYTHING.
