Just a note to all those attributing this article to "conspiracy theorists".

I know Jack Cashill, and I trust his judgement and commitment to this investigation. He has been there from the start.
Policy and procedure for an air crash is for NTSB to be the "initial and primary" investigating agency.
Upon discovery of evidence indicating criminal activities involving the cause of the crash, FBI or relevent agency takes over.
This is NOT what occurred. FBI took over the crash investigation from the git-go. NTSB was shouldered out, and placed in a subsidiary position, without evidence of criminal or terrorist activity.

If TWA 800 was, in fact, a "mechanical failure", then why is information / evidence still being held under "national security" grounds from public scrutiny?
The only relevent grounds for withholding said evidence is if there is an actual national security consideration, i.e., criminal or terrorist activity involved in the cause of the crash.

Lastly, how come when a Federal Prosecutor claims "no contest" to allegations, it's simply because those claims are too silly to be believed, but when O.J. Simpson claims "no contest" to allegations of wife beating, it's just a legal maneuver to avoid pleading guilty?
In the eyes of the court, no contest is the same as guilty.

It is beyond time to track down those who ordered the lies.

This has always been apalling. My own brother is friends with a man who stood in complete puzzlement as he WATCHED a train of what is probably a missile climb into the path of the plane.

The folks who saw this happen have been so shut down and discounted it is hurtful.

I pray this cracks open and those involved in the cover-up are brought forward.

If only every single surviving member of those murdered on this flight had access to the above article.

That's an interesting point. I met an individual off a fishing boat which had been used to recover flight 800 material from the bottom of the ocean. The FBI was aboard to collect anything they recovered. Is that standard procedure?

I still remember a very early radio news item that mentioned the FBI questioned the owner of a boat rental operation. Never heard or read that again in the news.
