This is outrageous.

The city police ignore the vandalism of this owner's memorial. Now, the City government seeks to shut down his place of business.

OUTRAGEOUS!

What can we do? Can we do something to help this guy out?

YOU DO NOT NEED A PERMIT TO EXCERISE YOUR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS!This traitorous city is using backdoor methods to silence patriotism. This city should be sued out of existence.

Maybe we should add the LaHabra city hall to the targeting list. There is a war on after all and it's about time these guys be taught the meaning of "with us or against us".

Hate to do three in a row, but isn't it about time for some of that retaliation against Mexican-Americans George Bush said might happen?

Like, these guys are begging for us to do it, and it's not like they can't go across the border quite readily with that dual citizenship of theirs.

It's time to Americanize LaHabra (with, of course, civil processes, not violence, lies, and misrepresentations of the law like these citycouncilmen seem prone to use).

"City Prosecutor Cynthia Blaylock said these charges are unrelated to this week's developments concerning the fence"

Sure. Has nothing to do with La Habra police standing around watching the destruction of private property and claiming it's just free speech. Just regular business. That the city seems to be trying to preempt Mr. Collison from filing a suit against the city for the police officers' failure to serve and protect as vandals destroyed a private memorial on his property is just a coincidence.

I suggest Mr. Collison IMMEDIATELY sue the city because members of it's police department witnessed people breaking the law, but did noting about it because the offenders were activizmnazis. If they try to make a stink, he can tell them it's just a coincidence : it has nothing to do with misdemeanor charges over some vague city regulations dealing with his business.

1. It might be a stretch, but maybe this could come under free-speech issues.
Try www.aclj.org. That's the American Center For Law and Justice, run by attorney
Jay Sekulow; it's at least affiliated with Pat Robertson's organization.
They usually cover issues of religious aspects in the workplace, schools, and zoning.
But the present situation might be part of their coverage/expertise.
(You can hear their show "Jay Sekulow Live" on KKLA 99.5 FM M-F at 9AM in the LA area.
At least that's where they were broadcast at least six months ago.)

2. I'm hazy on this, but I think an attorney named Brad Dacus (sp?) heads something
called the Pacific Justice Institute. I may be off on the name, but a Google search might
help you out.

I would be the city leaders find little objection to the creation of a new state for Mexico called Azatlan composed of the lands now occupied by by California, Arizona, and Texas.

These people are disgusting.

Blaylock...hmmm...the name sounds familier.

This guy has been in the news before, for other anti-USA things, as I recall.

What's his number?

With a name like Collision, he should stage a demolition derby and let the city clean up the mess with petty criminals on community service details; there doesn't seem to be anything that a good bureaucrat can't screw up.

Included in Thursday's charges are
failure to obtain a required business license,
failure to get a conditional-use permit required for recreational vehicle sales and rentals,
failure to build a 6- foot masonry wall between his business and neighboring buildings and
failing to maintain a front yard of not less than 15 feet on the property.

We no longer live in a free country...

Raise money to put up a 50 foot high fence. With flags and all. La Habra must really suck. It must be like Frisco, full of the fags and America haters.
