If we get kicked off the Security Council, we meet with India, UK, Spain, Italy, Australia, and a few others, and start a "Democratic Nations," and only let in democracies with good human rights records. If the UN throws us out, we will remake it in a way which will serve our interests and serve the interest of human rights and democracy.
