I stand corrected. Growing up in Larchmont, NY, I was privy to hispanic friends with blond hair and blue eyes who applied to Ivy league schools as minorities. That was my point.

I just sent this article to my daughter. Her boyfriend is in the Navy and he had not heard about either the protests or the pro America Rallies. This weekend he saw the news about the DC anti American rally. He said it was STUPID! I am sure it was hurtful to him to see that. He has been too busy for months, in Navy training school, to watch the news or listen to radio. He doesn't have a computer of his own either. I agree with Robby, anti American protests are STUPID!

I didn't mean anything rude by it. I heard that some of the Spanish settlers who came to Cuba came from the northeast province of Galicia, whose people are partly of Celtic descent, which may explain the fair hair and eye coloration. of course, the Germanic Visigoths no doubt left their denetic mrk, too.

The Leftists are nicely separating themselves from the Liberals. The more disgusting they become, the more some Liberals will review their own positions. Because they will be going - "I'm not like those a--holes!"

The Ugly American is the blowhard. I've left a lot of rhetoric unchallenged when I've heard it from fools lately (in personal contact). They are so far off the mark on their positions that I would have to spend 6 hours putting them on a track that their egos and political investment won't allow them to commit to.

I grin and bear it as they rail against evil "conservatives" and "right wingers". The simplest answer to the question "What makes us think that Saddam plans to use these weapons against us?" - Saddam has been stockpiling illegal arms since the peace agreement in 1991. That is a good indication that he does not have peaceful intentions. Whether Saddam plans to use them against the USA or a closer target like Israel does not matter.

The leftist gun control advocates would not sit back and let a released felon stockpile illegal arms with the belief that he would not use them for further criminal behavior. Mere possession is a crime for him at this point.

Even Bill Clinton conceded in a recent interview that his airstrikes on Iraq (which went unopposed by this crowd) just set back (did not eliminate) Saddam's weapons programs. He said that he knew it would have to be addressed again by the next administration.

At some point our nation will need to act with resolve to finish the problem for once and for all. That will require the removal of Saddam from power (not necessarily his death).

We do not need a UN resolution to go after Saddam. Everyone political neophyte blames former President Bush saying that we should have removed Saddam from power back in 1991. We had agreed to other nations that we would not pursue Saddam into Bagdad. When we get approval from other nations, we tie one arm behind our backs. Meanwhile we are fighting an opponent who does not even play by the rules to begin with (using outlawed weapons and techniques). We do not need to cross the line in tactics but we should not restrict ourselves from fighting war as the rules have been laid down for all nations.

Trust me, I wasn't offended. I don't claim to know much about the demographics of Cuba.

You know when I retire from the Navy I am going to run for Senator in Florida. We need more politicians that have served in the military and know what it is like to be under duress and without the comforts of home. People like Conyers and Hitlery make me sick with their hate America rants.

Could Conyers be anti Saddam in Iraq? Hitlery has cankles and she should wear a burqua or at least a bag over her head. While you are at it give one to Chelsea. Didn't she say she was at the WTC on 9/11? Yea Right.

It is time for us to prove that the current occupant of the WH is a man of honor, God and Moral Clarity.

God Bless America and its sons and daughter's in the field.

If only it were that simple. Clinton has mastered the art of circumlocution and consistently not said anything concrete about our foreign policy. That way, when she announces are candidacy for the office of President sometime in the next few months, nobody will be able to criticize her for speaking out against the war. Joe Lieberman figured this out last night, and sounded slightly more sincere.

Didn't she say she was at the WTC on 9/11? Yea Right.

Despite holding office as junior Senator From NY (by way of Illinois, Arkansas, and Washington) Hillary attended exactly one 911 funeral: That of NYFD Chaplain Mychal Judge. But at least she made that one, and Father Mychal was a good man, right? Sure, but if only it were that simple. It seems that when Judge died, he was feuding with the Church about his openly gay status. Since his death he has been embraced by the NY loose sphincter community as "The First Gay Saint." Since this was the only constituent funeral Hillary chose to attend, her motive looks pretty clear. She was looking for gay votes. Like the cynical beotch she is, she used the days after 911 as a campaign opportunity. You can't make this stuff up folks.
