Within 48 hour from when? Bush didn't say.

Their refusal to do so will result in military conflict commenced at a time of our choosing. Not if the delusional dictator stikes first!
If anyone is wondering why my version and the White House's version have different paragraph formatting, I used foxnews.com's
partial transcript through the "following orders" line.

". . . but we are not a fragile people" -bump-
I also liked "The power and appeal of human liberty is felt in every life and every land."
Outstanding speech. I am amazed at the various negative reactions (CNN, ABC, Democrat Party, etc.)

Before Thursday's tea time.

I'm no longer amazed at the Leftists' negative reactions. They're out of power, and they're watching any chances of returning to said power going into the sewage treatment plant (I would say into the sewer, but that's where they are).
