No, I don't, hence the smiley. But the banner is ambiguous - sort of like the "hell no, I won't glow" slogan used by both sides of the nuclear debate. The antis were trying to convey they refused nuclear power because they didn't want to glow, which would have been inevitable had nuclear power been adopted there, and the pro-nuclear people were saying that nuclear power is safe enough that, hell no, they won't glow even after the plant is built.
