The ethnic cleansing in MX is coming from the south, Chiapas. Do a google search on Chiapas, Ford Foundation, Conservation International and Pemex. Use 2-3 terms at a time. It would appear that there is a concerted effort to clear vast tracts of land of the indigenous peoples in a 'land for debt' swap with the IMF using the 'environmentals' as a part of this cleansing. Why it's being sponsored in part by Pemex I'll leave to your imagination. If you continue to search on Conservation International you'll discover the whole idea is a 'people free' zone that extends the length of the Pan-American highway and a couple hundred to couple thousand miles wide on either side. Expect the 'invasion' of cleansed Mexicans to only be the beginning. There will be a *lot* of displaced people.
