First of all, we're not bombing from 15,000 feet. Most of these tanks have been taken out by Apaches flying low enough to be able to detect a decoy. Right on the mark. Also, the Apache pilots have reported taking significant gun fire near the RG divisions. The RG are not protecting decoys.

JDAMS are high altitude but precise. Also, we have been usiing the apaches and a10s.
Finally, the AC 130s have been used in Najar and further south.
Stratfor used to be good, but they have really gotten anti-war and anti american.
